STEPS TO TAKE:

STEP:1 Open Es file explorer and navigate
to tools menu.

STEP:2 Enable root explorer,navigate to device then data.

STEP:3 With in the data folder also navigate to a sub folder also named data.

STEP:4 Locate the flappy bird file and open it.

STEP:5 Open shared_prefs and flappybird.xml

STEP:6 Now tap on es file explorer and then tap edit.

STEP:7 Enter what ever score want.
